This good sized cotton bag has a multitude of uses. The drawcord is made from the same natural cotton fabric as the bag and pulls tight to hold contents safe. These bags hold much more than you might think!

Due to the way in which cotton yarn is produced, occasional flecks of coloured thread may be seen in the finished cloth following the weaving process. We work with our supplier to minimise the impact of these stray flecks whilst also producing a product which is great value for money.

Why are cotton bags sustainable?

The extent of impacts from paper bags, however, depends on whether the forest is sustainably managed and also on the environmental measures used in the paper processing plant. Cotton bags are made from a renewable resource and are biodegradable. They are also strong and durable so they can be reused multiple times

What is special about cotton fabric?

This textile has relatively high tensile strength, and its natural coloring is white or slightly yellowish. Cotton is very water absorbent, but it also dries quickly, which makes it highly moisture wicking. You can wash cotton in high heat, and this fabric drapes well on your body.

So we care about ensuring the continuation of our planet for future generations.  To us, that means doing our part to reduce the amount of plastic in the environment.  That’s why we offer products made from natural materials, such as cotton, canvas, linen and jute.  The cotton we use is ethically traded and over the years we’ve invested heavily to ensure all our products are produced in an environmentally and ethically sound manner.

We also have high standards for quality control.  Going beyond the standard quality tests with our raw materials suppliers, we put our finished products through rigorous in-house stress tests to ensure they withstand heavy use.  We do things like pull, stretch, wash, rub and overload products to ensure they meet our own performance expectations.  Our continual product development ensures we can deliver our promise to offer good value for money and helps us meet our customers’ expectations on product quality.  Ultimately, if we aren’t happy, our customers won’t be either!
